My Experience

I bring nearly 30 years of experience in education, leadership, and personal transformation into the work I do. As a former high school principal, I led 100% of my students to graduate with full college and university acceptance, securing more than $10 million in scholarships.

That same commitment to clarity and growth is what I carry into TL Collaborative. I help families cut through the chaos to reconnect at home, guide schools in building systems that support both teachers and students, and equip individuals to reset their lives with tools that actually last.
