Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy ▪️ A signed agreement and initial payment (or full payment, if applicable) are required to secure your spot. ▪️ No training dates will be reserved until both steps are completed. ▪️ After booking, you’ll receive a scheduling link to set up your Grounding Call — this is where we’ll align values, clarify outcomes, and co-design your session calendar. ▪️ All training sessions will be conducted virtually unless otherwise arranged in writing. Cancellation Policy ▪️ You may cancel your booking for a full refund within 5 business days of payment, as long as sessions have not begun. ▪️ Cancellations made after that window are non-refundable due to the planning and preparation involved. ▪️ Rescheduling of individual sessions requires at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture. Emergencies will be handled with grace and flexibility where possible. ▪️ Missed sessions without notice will not be rescheduled. Waitlist Policy ▪️ When program capacity is reached, new inquiries will be placed on a waitlist. ▪️ Waitlist members will be notified in the order they joined if a spot becomes available. ▪️ A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a spot once it opens. This offering is intentionally small in scale to allow for deep, relational work — and to ensure every leader and team gets the presence they deserve.
